Cinnamon Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip

This creamy Cinnamon Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip comes together in minutes and makes a delicious, protein-packed snack or dessert. Pair it with apple slices, strawberries, banana, pear slices, or whole grain crackers for an easy and satisfying treat.

Greek yogurt provides protein, while cinnamon adds flavor and sweetness without added sugar. Using powdered peanut butter offers peanut butter flavor with less fat and a higher protein concentration than regular peanut butter, while regular peanut butter provides a richer texture and additional healthy fats. Either option works great!

This is a recipe my clients love and come back to often. In fact, I frequently recommend doubling a batch to keep in the refrigerator for a quick grab-and-go snack throughout the week.

Ingredients (yields ~2-4 servings):

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 2-3 Tbsp unsweetened powdered peanut butter (such as PB Fit or PB2) OR 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1–2 tsp water or milk of choice (such as almond milk), as needed for desired consistency

Optional pairings for dipping:

  • Apple slices

  • Strawberries

  • Banana

  • Pear slices

  • Whole grain crackers

  • Rice cakes

Directions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter (or regular creamy peanut butter), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) to a small bowl.

  2. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  3. If needed, add 1–2 teaspoons of water or milk of choice to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
