Maple Balsamic Tahini Dressing

This creamy dressing with a touch of sweetness is perfect for drizzling onto roasted vegetables and makes for a delicious salad dressing. I often top roasted carrots or brussels sprouts with it, and add it to fall-themed salads with kale, roasted squash, and pomegranate seeds!

Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp tahini paste (I used whole sesame tahini)

  • 4 Tbsp water

  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt and garlic powder

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well-combined, adding additional tahini or water to adjust consistency as desired. Add to a kale salad or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
