How It Works

  • 1. Complementary 15-Minute Discovery Call

    Before we begin working together, we will first schedule a complementary 15-minute discovery phone call where I will explain more about the process of working together, ask a few questions to learn a little bit about you and your goals, and you can ask me any questions that you may have.

  • 2. Initial Nutrition Assessment

    During our initial 75-minute assessment, we will delve into everything from your medical history and relevant bloodwork, to your diet and food preferences, lifestyle, health goals, physical activity level, stress level, sleep, and more. Taking these factors into consideration, I will develop a written personalized action plan for you, including: your nutrition needs, a sample menu, suggested meal and snack ideas, lifestyle optimization recommendations, and a comprehensive grocery shopping guide customized to you.

  • 3. Follow-Up Sessions

    I offer two tiers of follow-up sessions at different price points and levels of support based on your needs and goals, which are generally held every two weeks, although this may vary depending on your schedule and needs.

  • Additional Resources

    Additional resources may include relevant handouts, meal ideas, recipes, food brand recommendations, and more, based on the personalized level of support that you choose.

  • Session Packages

    Sessions may be purchased individually, or as a part of a package of sessions at a discounted rate.
