Peanut Sauce

This asian-inspired peanut sauce is the perfect accompaniment to stir-frys, soba noodle dishes, salads, and more!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp unsalted, smooth peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp warm water

  • 1-1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or low-sodium tamari

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced very finely or pressed in a garlic press

  • 1 Tbsp brown rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup

  • Dash of sriracha sauce

  • 2 Tbsp scallions, sliced thinly + extra for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl or cup, combine the peanut butter, warm water, low sodium soy sauce, lime juice, brown rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and honey.

  2. Mince the garlic and thinly slice scallions. Add the garlic and scallions and mix.
